I have adopted the following policies to ensure that you will be delighted with your purchase, your shopping experience and our rapid shipping service. Please be assured that each piece that you receive is individually handmade, and that close inspection will reveal evidence of the maker's hand in its own uniqueness.
We accept payment through PayPal (PayPal Express Checkout), Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club or Discover.
All shipping is done through USPS First Class, normally within 24 to 48 hours, except weekends. You will receive an email containing the USPS tracking code when your order is shipped so that you can track the shipment. Multiple items ordered together will be boxed together unless you request otherwise. All items are shipped in boxes suitable for gifting and we will gladly separate multiple items into single boxes if you specify, during checkout, that the items are for multiple recipients. We will also ship directly to alternate recipients designated in the "Ship to Address" field.
International orders are shipped USPS First Class Int'l Service with a customs form attached to the outside of the box. This form certifies that the package contains "merchandise" and exhibits the purchase price. Some countries require customs fees and/or import taxes for which the buyer is entirely responsible. We ship to Europe, Australia and Canada. If you live in another country and wish to order, please contact me and I will investigate your country's restrictions.
Refunds and Exchanges:
If you don't love your piece please let me know within a week of receipt and I will arrange a return or exchange. Refunds will exclude shipping costs. (Please send back in original packaging.)
Any personal information that we receive will be used only to fill your order. We will never sell or redistribute your information to anyone.
Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Shopify encrypts your credit card data through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) and stores it on a secure server behind a firewall only for as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After the transaction is complete, your data and information are deleted. Shopify asserts that it "follows industry best practices to make sure your data is not inappropriately lost, misused, disclosed, altered, or destroyed".
